What to Expect: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager - Customer Success at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies
  • Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform

Requirements: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a highly competitive candidate:

  • At least 5 years of SaaS experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer
  • Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
