Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing support and resolving concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, communications) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) or higher.
  • Ability to work in a home-based environment, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software applications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and industry standards.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., HDI, ICMI).
