Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for making and taking customer calls to qualify leads and build successful relationships with our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Make and take customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives
  • Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Record information on consumer conversations using our systems
  • Work with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results
  • Provide quality customer experiences and build lasting relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with computers and software applications
  • A quiet workspace with minimal distractions
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Military sensitivity is a plus
  • Must live in Texas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a performance marketing agency or similar industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with diverse clients and campaigns
