As a remote customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and a culture of excellence. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. You will resolve patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
