**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be an integral part of our efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide accurate and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed responses to customer queries
* Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
* 2 years of customer service work experience (Required)
* 2 years of call center work experience (Preferred)
* Wired internet connection (Required)
* Minimum internet connection speed of at least 10mbps (Required)
* Proficient office and computer skills, including:
+ 10-key typing
+ Windows operating system
+ Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed (Required)
* English language proficiency (Required)
* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (Preferred)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

**Full Call Center Hours of Operation**
* Monday: 7am - 10pm
* Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 7pm
* Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Hours of operation are subject to change. Must be able to work scheduled hours, which may include Saturday hours or mandatory overtime.
