Our friendly and knowledgeable staff get to know each pet and their owner by name, providing a personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative - Remote Eligible at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers, also known as "Neighbors." Your key responsibilities will include:- Responding to and resolving Neighbor inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Working closely with stores and the field management team to resolve Neighbor complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming Neighbor contact and the nature of each inquiry.
- Providing regular reporting on inquiries and time to resolution.
- Developing and implementing programs to improve Neighbor retention and satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on company services, promotions, and programs to provide accurate information to Neighbors.
- Handling product recalls and advising Neighbors on company information.
- A high school diploma; degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience and knowledge of service delivery.
- Strong customer service orientation and a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle inquiries, exercise good judgment, and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems.
- Proficiency in data entry and solid MS Office products skills.
- Availability to work weekend rotations and evening shifts.
