With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Job Summary** As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals, and use this insight to inform product strategy and direction. Your expertise will be essential in driving business value, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the development of innovative products. **Key Responsibilities** ### Strategy & Planning (50%) * **Empathize with and understand the end user**: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product strategy and direction. * **Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy**: Communicate product priorities and direction to development teams, matrixed teams, and third-party partners. * **Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value**: Continuously make recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings. * **Manage and groom the product backlog**: Make future decisions based on the value that will be delivered. * **Partner with Finance to understand financial needs**: Assist in the creation of business plans for new opportunities. * **Monitor research and competitive landscape**: Recommend the best solutions to ensure products remain or become best in class. * **Balance user needs and business goals**: Ensure product directions align with both user needs and business goals. ### Delivery & Execution (20%) * **Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses**: Conduct user research and testing to understand needs. * **Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards**: Create, prioritize, and accept user stories;
