**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our para-transit transportation program call center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. * Scheduling appointments for our customers in a efficient and organized manner
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
* Registering customers in our system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4-hour shift)
* Comprehensive 4-6 week training program, conducted at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position
* Call center experience preferred, but not required
* Customer service experience required (1 year minimum)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Reliable internet connection at home
* Ability to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
* Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
