Job Description: Providing Exceptional Customer Support
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing timely, effective solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Providing accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Projecting a positive and professional image in all interactions
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
