  • Identify opportunities to enhance our product (website, app, support pages) to mitigate the need for customers to contact us in the first place, driving a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Develop "passive" solutions to enable users to find answers without needing to email or call support, leveraging your technical expertise and customer insight.
  • Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive and informative content for tickets, phone calls, and FAQs, ensuring that users have access to solutions before issues arise.
  • Communicate FitOn Health's value proposition broadly and narrowly to individuals with varying levels of experience with our product, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.
