Job Summary
As a Full-Time Evening Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Vehicle Service Contracts to customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will work in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment with the goal of achieving high sales metrics and contributing to the growth of our company. If you have a can-do attitude, a driven mindset, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work an evening shift (3PM to 11PM CST, Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday)
- Complete 2 weeks of training (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM CST)
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
- Average 100-150 calls per day and close 4-6 sales daily
- Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment
- Strive to successfully complete a one-call close
- Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
- Persuasively-educate consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
- Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders
- Work effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment
- Be interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, including camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
- Other duties, as assigned
Essential Qualifications:

- Strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Property & Casualty license a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of commission-based sales experience
- 3 years of negotiation experience
- 3 years of call center experience
- 3 years of contract sales experience
