As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy. - Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and website inquiries with a high level of professionalism and efficiency, aiming for an average of 40 to 50 calls daily.
- Utilize your customer service experience and knowledge gained during training to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Process transactions via web-based applications and submit research requests accurately and concisely.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark and client programs, policies, and technology to provide the best possible service.
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws, ensuring information is only disseminated to authorized individuals.

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatcher role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems.
- A passion for helping people and guiding them to the best solutions for their issues.
- The ability to work in a structured environment, managing high-volume calls from consumers.
- Proficiency in using a computer and Windows personal computer applications, with the ability to learn new and complex systems.
- The ability to pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints).
- A dedicated workspace with verified internet service and the ability to comply with camera requirements for meetings and training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of previous call center experience.
