About the Role: Customer Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer service process, from creating and finalizing service tickets to scheduling service appointments. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the parts department, service technicians, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answering and transferring calls efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and convenient scheduling for customers.
- Accurately finalize service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician's diagnosis, ensuring precise record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
