Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Care

  • Virtually Assist Customers and Advisors: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, addressing billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate customer questions and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Own Every Issue: Take a hands-on approach to resolving customer issues, partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Professional Experience with Computer and Web-Based Tools: At least 6 months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking and Computer Skills: Proven ability to multitask with strong phone and computer skills.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Test: Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service or Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment is highly valued.
  • Working Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
