Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution.
- Operate with empathy, patience, and kindness, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support.
- Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders across the organization using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a culture of customer-centricity.
- Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment.
- Ability to multi-task, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers.
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the pet industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Technical Requirements
- A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise.
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed).
- A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam will be provided by blithequark.
- A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.

Compensation and Benefits
