About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and inviting environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care by promptly addressing requests and concerns, taking ownership of visits, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
  • Assess technical issues, offer solutions over the phone whenever possible, and escalate to Service Manager on a case-by-case basis.
  • Accurately record customer concerns and information into the Dealer Management System and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Manage transactions, guide customers through repairs, and summarize work performed.
  • Keep customers informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status.
  • Efficiently coordinate vehicle details pre-delivery and delivery/pick-up times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including experience with tools, materials, and procedures.
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions with careful attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Attentive, and MS Office.
  • A proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies.
  • The capacity to handle multiple priorities to meet business-critical deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles and sustainable energy solutions.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
