About the Role

As the first point of contact in our call center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and service providers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
