About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. You will be the first point of contact for these individuals, and it is essential that you provide a supportive and informative experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates who may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilizing phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage customer interactions and follow scripts
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, and assisting with other projects as needed
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure seamless operations

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should:

  • Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • Have at least 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
  • Be able to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancellation headset
  • Be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and problem-solve effectively
  • Be able to handle a high volume of calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, and hang-ups, until you are connected with a viable caller

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • Have high-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBps and a download speed of 50Mbps
  • Have a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB
  • Be able to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Benefits and Compensation

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range starting at $17.31 per hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+ per hour (up to $70,000+ per year)

  • Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
