Job Overview

As a key member of the blithequark team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of client analysis and insights for internal stakeholders. Your expertise in product management, data analysis, and customer service will be instrumental in defining and implementing methodologies, prioritizing projects, and ensuring that tools are developed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and accessibility of client analysis and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior.

Essential Qualifications
