Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage the implementation of flexible manufacturing processes and systems for specific data center products, with a focus on cost, quality, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing roadblocks in early development stages.
• Analyze and interpret complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Lead the assessment, qualification, and strategic development of contract manufacturers, with an emphasis on future capabilities and growth.
• Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) systems to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Engineering Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O).
• Lead the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Design.
• 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• 5 years of experience in design and implementation of civil high-voltage applications in data center construction.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience driving yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing/5S/8D practices.
• Experience in charging data centers.
• Ability to influence product electrical design and manufacturing process.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
