Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and service providers. If you're detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support.
- Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Troubleshoot software issues for customers and service providers, utilizing technical skills and resources.
- Collaborate with the remote team using technology that enables communication, training, and meetings.
Essential Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to track progress on tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Self-managing with the ability to work with little to no supervision, demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Proactive and willing to take on interesting and uncommon customer service issues, providing creative solutions.
- Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to learn new applications and troubleshoot common computer issues.
- Professional, efficient, consistent, and honest in interactions with co-workers and customers.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous.
