Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing product information, pricing, and order processing support to customers
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
  • Utilizing phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with clients
  • Upselling products and services to increase sales revenue and meet client goals
  • Abiding by client customer service requirements and adhering to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or call center work experience, preferably in a remote position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine customer needs and provide or recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent and fluent English speaking skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM, Call Center technology, including software applications and hardware
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers

Work Requirements and Restrictions

  • You must reside in the USA and be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.
