Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact in our call center, responding to incoming calls from customers and service providers.
- Address customer inquiries via email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and comprehensive responses.
- Assist customers with booking services, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
- Support service providers with questions and issues related to work orders and policy inquiries.
- Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and service providers, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for communication, training, and meetings.
