Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely customer service to clients who have questions about our products and services, including websites and marketing materials.
  • Handle complex escalated inquiries from clients with patience, empathy, and understanding.
  • Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with clients to ensure that their concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Report bugs and other issues on our platforms to our developers to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback to management on customer experience.
  • Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, while exercising patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute to efficiently manage customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
  • Experience working in a remote environment or with distributed teams.
