Position Summary

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from members and answer questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences and address their concerns in a patient, helpful, and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer personalized support and guidance to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience.

We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with a pay range of $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
