Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume client requests, and working under direct management. You will utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your duties may vary depending on the assigned division. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
  • Handle patient prescription demands within HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for processing.
  • Investigate to acquire missing prescription data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
  • Settle all data entries related to special cases.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling according to individual arrangement prerequisites.
  • Provide assistance to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
  • Identify and impart issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close PC, use the mouse to point and click, begin and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
  • Basic web search engine skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the right area, using a search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging files).
  • Convey effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a certificate/registration by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacies or a nationally recognized certification organization.
  • Experience providing customer care to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
