**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Blithequark Customer Service Center, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy, and ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $35/hr and provides a flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, or chat.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy, using active listening skills and problem-solving techniques.
* Utilize Blithequark's customer service tools and systems to assist customers, including our proprietary CRM software and knowledge base.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations, using metrics such as first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery, share best practices, and provide feedback.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on Blithequark's products and services.
* Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, using creative solutions to resolve customer issues.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Familiarity with Blithequark's products and services is advantageous, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
