What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Project Specialist, you’ll reputed company as a key support for the Marketing Project Manager, helping to:
 Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and tasks across campaigns.
 Assist in executing campaigns across email, web, reputed company, and events (with increasing autonomy as you grow).

 Maintain shared documentation, asset folders, and campaign trackers.

 QA marketing assets for accuracy, links, and brand alignment.
 Help plan and execute tradeshows and industry events: coordinating materials, shipping logistics, asset prep, and follow-up campaigns.

 Contribute creative input from copyediting to light design tweaks.

 
 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or project support experience.

 Organizational skills with attention to detail.
