Position Summary: Driving Client Success in Healthcare PR

As a Senior Account Executive at Green Room Communications, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of account work for our esteemed healthcare and pharma clients. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering strategic value in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Service

  • Develop first drafts of PR plans and program materials under the guidance of account leadership, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios, and press releases.
  • Provide on-site support to clients as needed and maintain frequent interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities, and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members.
  • Implement plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, and offer support in developing PR plans outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics.

Credentials & Experience: The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a PR agency or corporate communications role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
