Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage forecasts and financial plans for key functions within the People org, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners to create monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as annual plans, that drive business outcomes.
- Provide actionable reporting, analytics, and data insights to enable business partners to effectively manage their budgets and headcount.
- Oversee the quarter-end accrual process, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and requesting journal entries as necessary.
- Drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions to enhance forecasting, financial reporting, and data visualization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across various levels of management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Tableau, with experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, or similar corporate finance systems.
