About the Role
As a seasoned Cloud Security Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our Security Sales and Cloud teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your technical expertise will enable you to understand and address client concerns, develop strategies to overcome technical hurdles, and showcase the value of our security products in client and partner environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Security Sales and blithequark Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Demonstrate and validate the benefits of blithequark Cloud Security products in client and partner environments, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of our security solutions.
- Support blithequark Cloud Security opportunities and connections, owning technical aspects of solutions and delivering technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver messaging around our security solutions, utilizing various techniques such as presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports to highlight the value proposition of our offerings.
- Attend client sites, conferences, and other relevant events as necessary, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in cloud security, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A four-year certification or comparable practical experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of involvement with security or cloud local models in a client-facing role, with a deep understanding of network safety, threat detection, malware expertise, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management frameworks.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Designing, Math, or a specialized field being a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Certification in the Cloud or Security industry, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises, including threat detection and hunting, malware expertise, cloud security posture management, identity and access management frameworks, or SIEM and Log Management.
- Knowledge of product and arrangement market trends in the cybersecurity industry, including ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and more.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with excellent critical thinking, communication, show, and undivided attention abilities.
