Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand values through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Offering solutions rather than excuses, taking ownership of customer issues, and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve problems.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (at least 30 words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.

Preferred Qualifications:
