Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in project teams and implementing portions of project plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyzing customer needs and translating them into detailed business requirements to drive process improvements.
  • Organizing problem-solving discussions to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Acting as a liaison between business units and IT staff, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Essential Qualifications
