Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong background in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Ability to accurately identify, document, and develop test cases from business requirements
• Thorough understanding of QA software quality standards, metrics methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in all stages of application testing, including UI, backend, functional, regression, API, and integration testing
• Experience with software development lifecycles and methodologies, including DevOps or Agile delivery models, with emphasis on Scrum process framework
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and thoroughness
• Experience with Agile tooling, including backlog management, test management, and documentation (e.g. Jira, Xray, Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• 4+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
• Ability to mentor and train other team members in QA processes and methodologies
• Experience with automation testing, including creating and executing automation tests
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting
• Experience with SmartCom and Planet Press
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
