About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your ultimate goal is to deliver a positive customer experience that solves their challenges in one call. You'll be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers to resolve issues, address concerns, and drive sales on products and services that keep them happy and connected. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
  • Listen actively to customers, empathizing with their concerns and providing personalized support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Ohio.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually.
  • Experience resolving customer issues, handling billing, and/or product Q&A.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Experience promoting and/or selling products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
