About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Chat and Call Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing order processing for customers using our proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and sales management via phone and email to address queries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their concerns, and offering solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Working closely with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Processing purchase orders and managing inventory restocking to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and following up to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responding to pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate information, and executing contract maintenance as needed.
  • Informing customers of pricing contract changes and other relevant updates, ensuring transparency and trust.

Requirements and Qualifications
