Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of our organization, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage baggage and cargo, ensuring that items are handled and processed correctly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, working to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance standards and achieving sales targets.
- Complete forms and reports as required, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training programs, developing your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments and company procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and other industry-specific tools.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds, with the capacity to work in a physically demanding environment.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as reservation and ticketing systems.
- Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
