Job Summary

This full-time position will assist in utilizing data to develop, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and initiatives, as well as perform critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
  • Help develop and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assist in analyzing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project commitments.
  • Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant points of the analysis and ease stakeholder understanding.
  • Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need for the data requirements.
  • Identify anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicate findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations, or Analytics).
  • Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations delivered to groups of varying audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase) preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and prioritize responsibilities successfully.
  • Past internship experience in a related field or capstone projects and analysis coursework preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase).
  • Past temporary job insight in a connected field.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information properly.
  • Experience with planning and supporting large business initiatives.
