Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Supply Chain Management Operations Data Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business intelligence and strategic decision-making in our Supply Chain Department. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing complex data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, and cost or gain analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Designing and creating data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of internal and external customers
• Creating and optimizing processes for data analysis and reporting to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Providing subject matter expertise and data extraction, collection, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources
• Developing streamlined data blending and manipulation workflows to reduce manual processes
• Supporting the SCM Department and internal customers by providing reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and alertness development
• Collaborating with team members and across departments on strategic projects

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced-degree experience in analytical, data science, or data-centric environments
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture
• Experience with data evaluation and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data management tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata
• Knowledge of ETL functionality and data warehousing principles
• Experience with leading medium-scale enterprise projects
