About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be part of a talented team that provides exceptional customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. You will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming and outgoing calls and/or the internet. We encourage military veterans to apply and join our inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English fluently)
  • Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Offer additional products and services to clients
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
