About the Role
We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Meet sales objectives as defined by the company
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience
- 6 months of sales experience
- Superior negotiating skills
- Strong listening skills
