About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated customer service representatives to work in our remote call center, providing top-notch service to our clients' customers. As a customer service representative with blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering inbound calls, recording and relaying messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients' customers, providing timely and effective support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Record and relay messages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients' customers
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients' customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work remotely from your home in Georgia, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
