Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, scheduling them for in-clinic or virtual consultations and providing relevant information in accordance with approved scripts.
- Manage multiple live chat conversations in real-time, ensuring timely and professional responses to all site visitors.
- Follow our lead journey process, focusing on both quantity and quality of interactions, and collaborating with Leadership to achieve strategic sourcing and sales goals.
- Provide accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, and qualify leads to ensure they are directed to the appropriate professionals.
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, ad hoc projects, and other duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team.
- Collaborate with practice locations as needed, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment that fosters growth and success.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications, including:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A typing speed of 60 words per minute, ensuring you can efficiently manage multiple live chat conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or time zones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
