Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting interest in client products and services.
  • Issue Escalation: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed efficiently.
  • Communication: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, showcasing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a performance-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer support team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a larger team-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to compose professional emails.
  • Technical Skills: Keyboarding and internet experience, with proficiency in using live chat software and other digital tools.
  • Positive Attitude: An upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role, with experience in providing support and service to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or phone support environment.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A process improvement mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance-Driven: A performance-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hour, depending on experience.
