Job Summary

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and selling our innovative products to customers. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be expected to meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and Assist with Customer Concerns: You will listen to customers' concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell blithequark Products: You will sell our smart home and other products to customers on every call, and you will be expected to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Explain Device Capabilities and Company Policies: You will provide customers with information about device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies.
  • Meet Goals and Grow from Feedback and Coaching: You will be expected to meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives, and you will receive feedback and coaching to help you grow and develop in your role.
  • Escalate Calls as Needed: You will escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have experience in customer service and a desire to upsell to customers.
  • Ability to Retain Knowledge: You must be able to learn and memorize product information and customer information.
  • Attention to Details: You must be able to provide care and attention to every customer issue.
  • Computer Literacy: You must be computer literate and able to type 25-35 words per minute.
  • Passing Hiring Assessment: You must pass a hiring assessment that includes soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of Multiple Hardware Platforms and Operating Systems: You must have a working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, including Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications.

Work Environment and Requirements

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • Distraction-Free Workplace: You must work in a distraction-free workplace that is ergonomically set to meet blithequark's standards.
  • Minimum Internet Speed Requirements: You must meet minimum internet speed requirements, including 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Hard-Wired Internet Connection: You must have a hard-wired internet connection (WiFi or hotspots are not allowed).

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive pay structure, including:

  • $18/Hour Guaranteed Minimum Pay: You will earn a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour.
  • Pay Per Experience Model: After training, you will move to a pay-per-experience model, where you will get paid for each completed conversation with a customer.
  • Top Performers Earn Up to $28+/Hour: Our top performers earn up to $28+/hour.
