Job Summary

As a Commercial Enterprise Growth and Vendor Management Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial enterprise strategies to drive growth and improve the overall experience for our sellers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable Blithequark's vendors to increase their performance on our platform. Your primary focus will be on developing our enterprise with Blithequark Seller Partners, and you will have the opportunity to explore operational factors of their business with us, conduct root cause analysis of problems and opportunities, and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Enterprise Growth

  • Develop and implement commercial enterprise strategies to drive growth and improve the overall experience for our sellers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key metrics that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience
  • Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where the approach is not defined, and make trade-offs between short-term promoting partner desires and long-run strategic funding
  • Identify new opportunities across a large quantity of manufacturers, develop and execute mission plans to drive growth and improvement

Courting Control

  • Construct and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted consultant and a commercial enterprise advocate
  • Display vendor delight survey effects to investigate both superb and negative comments trends; set up improvement plans and control expectations with account managers as suitable

Process Excellence

  • Use patron feedback, market growth traits, and examine key metrics to make a contribution to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling companions' enjoy running with Blithequark
  • Spot regions of unnecessary technique or inefficiencies and work to simplify processes and procedures
  • Pick out, optimize, and scale upgrades that could benefit a massive set of customers, e.g., riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures, simplifying SOPs, and so forth., running throughout multiple groups

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
  • 3+ years of client or seller going through roles with a focus in relationship control and negotiation skills enjoy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate overall performance drivers and discover insights
  • Demonstrated track record of constructing and cultivating relationships with internal and outside stakeholders riding resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with superb verbal and written verbal exchange
