Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to guests and travel agent partners via phone, email, or chat

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or travel industry setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
