Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Timely and Accurate Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to blithequark products and services, such as account setup, password resets, and product features.
  • Educate Customers: Guide customers through product features and best practices to enhance their user experience and provide them with the knowledge they need to get the most out of our products and services.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately documented and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace: Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
