As a key member of our data team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data systems that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Recognize potential solutions to business challenges through analytics, large data analytics, and automation * Develop and maintain data models, including data integration, data quality, and data governance * Design and implement data pipelines, including ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data engineering * Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop and maintain data systems * Provide data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including data visualization and reporting * Develop and maintain data quality and data integrity, including data validation and data cleansing * Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs * Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management * Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data lineage **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field * 5+ years of experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing or data engineering environments * Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver high-quality data * Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language * Experience working with data modeling tools, such as ERWIN or Visio * Experience working with social SQL and NoSQL databases, including Hadoop, Google BigQuery, DataPlex, Amazon Redshift, Hive, and others * Experience working with reporting tools, such as Tableau or Looker * Experience working with workflow management tools, such as Airflow or Digdag * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab * Experience working with cloud-based technologies and big data systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with metadata management, data lineage, and data quality using tools like Collibra * Experience with data science and machine learning, including data visualization and data storytelling * Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions * Experience with data governance and data security, including data encryption and access control * Experience with data architecture and data engineering, including data warehousing and data lakes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and
