**Key Responsibilities:**
• Receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, listening attentively to their concerns and working collaboratively to find a resolution
• Utilize your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues, demonstrating a relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service
• Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends

**Ideal Candidate:**

**Schedule and Availability:**
• Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
• Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
• This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts
• Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential to have open overall availability
• We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value of your flexibility and adaptability
**Training and Development:**
• Comprehensive training program that combines virtual classroom and on-the-job training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
• Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
